This client is an ASX listed and growing Australian business who is a leader in their field as a technology enabled financial services provider with offices in Sydney and Melbourne and a national sales presence.

In 2016, Orchard was selected to establish their national Australian Career Centre (RPO) where we deliver 180 hires a year across their various locations.

When we were appointed, the employer had a small in house recruitment team who were struggling with the volume and difficulty of their vacancies, in particular the demand around sales vacancies.

Orchard was quickly able to establish an onsite presence with an experienced team, a new ATS system, a range of go to market strategies, sourcing and candidate pipeline initiatives.  With a strategic approach to sourcing, we have been able to quickly build strong relationships across the business and deliver on their expectations, reducing time to fill and realising cost savings.

In addition, we have been working closely with their executive team on some key strategic executive search requirements and have made some significant placements, as well as conducting due diligence research for potential acquisitions.
