During 2015, the Australian arm of one of the world’s largest food companies required hiring support across Australia due to a sudden spike in hiring demand.

The company requested Orchard to manage all their recruitment for a period of 9 months while they reviewed their recruitment approach globally.

Orchard was appointed to provide full end to end support for all roles across all locations in Australia and New Zealand.

Orchard worked to the employers recruitment polices and templates and provided a employer-branded approach – acting as a true extension of the HR function.

  • Deliver a seamless and branded approach┬áacross all recruitment activities
  • Ensure that the candidate and Hiring Manager experience mirrored the well-established recruitment and HR function
  • Achieve cost control through a transparent pricing formula which┬áwas significantly closer to internal cost per hire than agency cost per hire.

The Orchard service used the client’s recruitment process flow, recruitment tools, and their brand in our approach. Orchard inducted and trained its specialist consultants in the client’s requirements. All candidates are owned by the client and housed within Orchard’s technology and the client is able to login remotely to this database partition to review candidates and job status.
