Orchard was appointed to provide fast turn-around recruitment for the newly created Tasmanian Service Centre for 50 permanent positions with the roles being a mix of Service Desk Agents, Remote Desktop Engineers, Team Leaders and Management roles.

The Orchard service uses the client’s recruitment process flow, recruitment tools, and their brand in our approach. Orchard has inducted and trained its specialist consultants in the client’s requirements. All candidates are owned by the client and housed within Orchard’s technology and the client is able to login remotely to this database partition to review candidates and job status.
