We set up a new electronic employee profile, interfacing with your recruitment and onboarding processes, ensure that all information required for the new employee is collected, and complete new employee notifications to other systems and processes such as payroll, CRM, ERP, email, and site security.

Update Employee Information

We provide all services required to maintain and update your employee records in the HRIS and associated systems throughout the period of employment. This includes self-service and requested changes, maintenance of employee documentation, managing approval workflows, and regular workforce reporting.

Proactive Program Notifications

We initiate proactive notifications – reminders for HR, line managers and employees where time-sensitive conditions are reached, such as expiry of certifications or visas, contractor end dates, workflow approvals and actions, and service anniversaries or birthdays.

Employee Exit Service

The Employee Exit Administration Service provides all services required when an employee leaves your company. We finalise the electronic employee profile and mark as inactive, manage the employee exit process for the new employee, and complete leaver notifications to other systems and processes.

HRIS support and portal

Orchard maintains an HR Information System which we use to deliver the services. Access to the HR-IS is also available to your employees so that you can directly utilise its features and functions – even though we provide the HR administration. This provides easy to use self-service options, an HR information and request portal; and our staff provide support for the HRIS and our services.
